Former MLA Demands Public Humiliation for Commentators Using Insulting Language Towards Women
Former Madhya Pradesh MLA R.D. Prajapati has strongly criticized several religious commentators, including Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, Aniruddhacharya, and Dhirendra Shastri, for allegedly using derogatory language against women. Speaking at a public event, Prajapati called for these individuals to be paraded with garlands of shoes. He specifically cited instances where Rambhadracharya was reportedly referred to as "Andhacharya" and made offensive remarks about his mother. Prajapati also condemned Aniruddhacharya for comparing women to "plots" and Dhirendra Shastri for allegedly remarking that young women leave their youth at religious gatherings. Prajapati argued that such language is unacceptable and urged for action against these commentators, stating that their words are not supported by any religion or scripture. He highlighted the insult to women by comparing them to plots of land that can be bought and sold repeatedly. Prajapati, a former BJP MLA who later contested the Lok Sabha elections on a Samajwadi Party ticket, expressed his belief that despite drawing large crowds, these commentators often resort to objectionable remarks.
