Ranchi Police have dismantled a large child trafficking gang, arresting 16 members and rescuing 12 children from poor families in Jharkhand. The "Gulgulia gang" operated from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Odisha, selling stolen children for forced labor, begging, and later prostitution for girls. Police are conducting DNA tests to identify the rescued children's families and investigating potential links to organ trafficking.
