A three-day international dog show has started at JRD Sports Complex in Jamshedpur. 326 dogs of 43 different breeds from India and abroad are participating in this special event. The dogs and their handlers who arrived from many states including Jharkhand, West Bengal, Delhi made the show special. A big and special event has started for pet dog lovers in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. International Dog Show was started at JRD Sports Complex in the city, in which a total of 326 dogs of 43 breeds from India and abroad are participating. This dog show will continue for three days. Apart from Jharkhand, participants have come from many states including West Bengal, Delhi. The show was started by TV Narendran, CEO and MD of Tata Steel. He said that this dog show of Jamshedpur is an international level event, in which the presence of foreign judges makes it more special. He told that the popularity of this show is increasing every year and this time a record number of dogs have participated. Watch the video here. The special thing was that the trained dogs of Tata Steel and Tata Motors welcomed the chief guest by presenting him a bouquet of flowers. After this, the dogs marched past and also gave a salute, seeing which the spectators present were very excited. Dogs of many popular and rare breeds including Golden Retriever, Rottweiler, Doberman, Labrador, Beagle, German Shepherd are being seen in the dog show. During the exhibition, the physical structure, behavior, discipline and training of the dogs are being assessed by international judges. In this event, not only the beauty of the dogs but also their capabilities are being showcased. During the show, exercises related to crossing obstacles, high jumping, discipline and safety were demonstrated. It was also shown how dogs are used in tasks like security, searching and rescue. A large number of people reached the sports complex to watch the dog show. From children to the elderly, special enthusiasm was seen regarding this event. According to the organizers, many interesting competitions and demonstrations will be organized in the next two days also.
